We are Magical Moments Party Rentals. We are proud to service Northeast Arkansas, Southeast Missouri, and surrounding areas. We offer a variety of very high-quality, non-licensed, pure look-alike cartoon mascots to join you at your event at an affordable price. Turn heads, entertain, and impress your guests for birthday parties, baby showers, gender reveals, community or corporate events to include business grand openings, holiday special events, fundraisers, and more. When you book with us, you are not only purchasing a themed character for your event, you are purchasing an experience - a magical moment in time that your child will treasure forever. Prices start at $125 for 30 minutes. More time can be reserved at an additional cost.

Our Pricing

When an additional 30 minutes are reserved, for a total time of one hour, a 15 minute dance party and 2 games with the mascot(s) will be included.

Additional mascots for the same event will be available for $75 each for 30 minutes at a time. Additional time with the added mascot will incur an additional cost. Travel fees do apply.

Surprise your loved one and put a smile on their face by inviting one of our characters to show up at home, work, your favorite restaurant, or any other venue for birthdays, anniversaries, proposals, good behavior, graduations, or “just because” as a special treat for your littles or other special loved one. We will bring balloons for the occasion to go along with the theme you request. Other items can be delivered upon request such as flowers or other gifts. Music can be played on our bluetooth speaker and you may take unlimited photos with your selected character for the 15 minute pop-in visit. This service starts at $75 for one character. Travel fees do apply.

FAQs

  • Southeast Missouri and Jonesboro, Arkansas & surrounding areas up to 50 miles from 72404.

  • In the case that you need to cancel your event, the retainer fee that you pay to hold your party date is non-refundable. In the case of inclement weather or an emergency, we will do our best to reschedule your party to a new date & time or a rain check will be issued, good for a full year. Your retainer fee will be applied to the new party date.

  • PayPal and Zelle. A 50% retainer fee is required at the time of booking that is applied towards your booking total. Invoice must be paid in full 7 days prior to event to avoid cancellation.

  • We recommend scheduling your performer to arrive around 30-60 minutes after the start of your party. This should ensure that most of your guests have arrived and are ready to enjoy their time with your character.

  • Parties are booked on a first-come, first serve basis. It is recommended that you book your party a minimum of 3 to 4 weeks or more in advance. This ensures a better chance to get your ordered character, date, and time. We do sometimes have last minute availability so please check with us. We will do our best to celebrate with you! Once a party date has been confirmed, we require a deposit to secure your requested date, time, & character. The deposit will be paid upon booking and is non-refundable.

  • Tipping is greatly appreciated for performing a service! We recommend a standard gratuity of 18%-20% based on the total party amount. We prefer that when you tip your performer, you do so in an envelope or step out of view of the children present. This helps us to keep the magic alive and no one sees you handing money directly to your costumed performer.

  • There is a $10 travel fee for any location 0-15 miles from 72404. Any distance over 15 miles, will incur travel fees at the rate of $1 per mile.

  • NO, we do not. However, our parties will work best with about 10-12 children per character. If you plan on having a large number of children to entertain, we recommend reserving a longer time frame, an additonal character, or both so that all of your guests can enjoy their time and receive plenty of playtime with the character.
